Born.

Born 1865 at Flimby, Cumberland, son of Elizabeth Mossop, single woman.  No records of his birth, or baptism have been found. Information from his Marriage certificate

Died.

19 Nov 1936 at Flimby, Cumberland, and buried at St Nicholas Church, Cumberland.

Notes.

In the 1881 census,  James was living at Fothergill, Flimby with his mother, and working as a Driver. In 1881 Ann was also living at Fothergill, Flimby with her father. 

 In 1891 James and Ann were living at Mason's Terrace, Flimby.
